In late August, 2012, the company organized staff to visit Yandang Mountains by dividing three groups. As the incentive for the growth of staff and at the same time as part of employee benefits, the company hope that by organizing staff travel each year, it can increase staff’s sense of identity and belonging to the enterprise, and enhance the enterprise's cohesive force and centripetal force.
